the isles claimed evgeni nabokov...his agent, don meehan, says that the goalie will not report to the team...
the no-movement clause in the contract he signed with detroit says that he must agree to be put on waivers (which i don't think will be much of a problem)...
even though this may be turning into a soap opera, i'd still like to see darcy regier take a shot and claim him if possible...
anyhow, in the claiming order, only toronto, ottawa and calgary are between the isles and the sabres
Funny how everyone is reporting that Nabokov refuses to report to the Islanders, but Garth has him starting in goal tomorrow against Miller.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'll only take half the blame for hockeybuzzers flocking to read your blogs boos. I only posted the link once. Homie has been beating everyone over the head with it.
ReplyDeleteHowdy Boos- wish we could take the comments setup at HB and work it over here. Ah well.
